1. Eligibility for Returns
- Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns for items such as earrings, hair accessories, or other body-worn products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must notify us within 2 or 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Used, damaged, or altered products not caused by SOXIQUE.
- Gift cards or downloadable products (if offered).
3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at info@soxique.com within 2 days of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
- Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Refund method: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Partial refunds: If an item shows signs of use or is not returned in original condition, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us first to confirm availability.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
